The Vivian Beaumont Theater and Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater are located at 150 W. 65th Street. Both theaters are accessible via the street-level entrance on 65th Street.
An additional drop-off location is available in the concourse, near the glass doors. Vehicles can enter the concourse system at 64th Street and Amsterdam, and exit with a southbound turn that comes out on 62nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus.
To reach the box office, please use the wheelchair lift in the Linda LeRoy Janklow Foyer (the lobby just below the box office) which is operated by the security guard on duty. There is also an elevator located on the same level that has direct access to the Beaumont lobby and the Newhouse.
Please note that while the Plaza level entrance remains open, the theaters are accessible only by stairs from this level.
When purchasing tickets, please be aware that both the Vivian Beaumont and Mitzi E. Newhouse Theaters have stairs in the aisles. If you cannot navigate stairs, you should purchase seats in row O in the orchestra of the Vivian Beaumont Theater and row H of the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater. Please note the Beaumont Loge is accessible only by stairs. Please alert the box office or Telecharge.com agent before purchasing tickets about any mobility issues so they can best help find suitable seats.
If you cannot transfer from a wheelchair, please be sure to mention that fact to the Box Office staff or Telecharge.com agent to ensure that you are in wheelchair seat locations. To purchase wheelchair seat locations by phone, call 212.239.6222 or outside the NY metro area, 800.872.8997 and specify wheelchair seating.
